What are your delivery companies?

The delivery company for my good shop is an Express company.

What is required to receive the order from the delegate?

You may be required to show a valid identity card such as a driving license, passport, or Emirati identity upon receipt of the order.

How can I change the delivery address after confirming the order?

Please contact us at 00971971509569780 or email us at Happiness@khairatbladi.ae, and we will process your request to change the address.

What if the product is damaged upon arrival?

We take great care in packaging orders, but if the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 00971971509569780. We will schedule an appointment to retrieve the product, and you can place a new order or replace the damaged product.

I no longer want to receive the order. What should I do?

You can cancel the order before shipment. However, cancellation will not be possible after the shipment has been dispatched.

Why do I have to pay a shipping fee?

An additional amount of AED 25 is required to cover the cost of the shipping company. Please note that the payment fee upon receipt is non-refundable.
